Polymer Plus Exposure Unit, Model 150

For Pre-Packaged Polymer Pouch and Liquid Polymer Resin Processing.

Some people say “simple is better.” For those folks, we now offer the Polymer Plus Model 150 processing system. This newest addition to our exposure unit lineup has half page processing capacity (5 1/2” x 8 1/2” or A5) using either pre-packaged pouch polymer or poured liquid resin.

The top of the unit can be used as a work area, supporting the glass plates with non-slip rubber legs. Wheels are attached to the glass clamps for simple rolling of the glass into the exposure area. The plastic post exposure pan has a snap-on lid to minimize evaporation of your post exposure solution between batches.

This table-top machine has a sturdy steel interior and stainless steel cabinet for durability. Six 15-watt mini UV tubes provide consistent illumination throughout the exposure area. An LED display timer precisely controls the cycle length.
