This is the only material hard enough to be used for hot foil stamping applications. It is supplied in flat sheets with a steel backing. Processing is similar to liquid polymer resins, although after washing a convection oven is required for the drying process. Our MB-100 Exposure Unit is designed specifically for processing this material. Standard sheet sizes are 2" x 3 1/2" (to fit our Phase II Model 307 machine), 3" x 6 1/2" (to fit our Phase II Model 301, 303 and 305 machines), 4" x 7 1/2" (to fit our Phase II Model 306 machine) or full 8 1/4" x 11 3/4" sheets. Provided individually or in packages of 5, 10, or 20 sheets. Custom cut sizes available on request.
