Buna-N Synthetic Rubber

Buna-N is a black, synthetic rubber used to form stamp or printing dies that will be used with alcohol, acid or oil based inks. .090" - .100" thick. Pre-treated with Mica powder and supplied on a film backing. Use with our Release Paper to prevent sticking to your press. Higher durometer than regular stamp gum so the molded die is harder. Vulcanizes in approximately 10 minutes at 300 degrees F. Sold in 10" x 18" sheets, 15 lb. rolls (approximately 15 10" x 18" sheets per roll) or 50 lb. rolls (approximately 50 10" x 18" sheets per roll).
